04/22/2018 - College PREP - Highland Park (DFW), TX Haiden is a 2021 right handed first baseman with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has active feet and great hustle. She keeps her head down on the ball and moves well laterally to both sides. By focusing on charging the ball and not sitting back and waiting for it she will start to create more momentum through each play creating a stronger overall throw to her target. Offensively, Haiden has a square set up in the box and a soft stride to the ball. She loads back well in her legs and stays fluid in her rhythm. She makes consistent hard contact and has fast hands through the zone. Overall, she is very coachable and if she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
