She has a strong lower half on the mound and mixes speeds well hitting 54 with her fb, 52 with her curve, and 50 on screw. She keeps the ball in front of her at first and is a vocal leader on the field. She has quality at bats, adjusts well, and has good barrel control hitting the ball gap-to-gap. Overall, Hailey-Jane is a positive player with a skill set to elevate her to the next level.
07/07/2023 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Spring (Houston), TX Hailey-Jane is a 2025 grad who pitches and plays first base. She hit a top speed of 52MPH with her fastball also showcasing her screw and change up pitches. She has a strong mound presence and solid mechanics. At first base, Hailey-Jane has quick feet covering ground and a good arm with accurate throws to her target. She swings with power and has quick hands to contact hitting the ball with a 64MPH exit velocity. Overall, Hailey-Jane is a versatile player with a solid skill set on the diamond.
12/16/2022 - Softball Factory Academic All-American Tournament Hailey-Jane is a corner playing with a strong arm. She is aggressive to the ball and makes accurate throws with a quick release. In the box, Hailey-Jane has quick hands making contact to both sides of the field. She continues to show strides of reaching her full potential. Overall, Hailey-Jane is athletic, engaged, and has a solid set of skills on the diamond.
07/08/2022 - All-In Membership - Spring (Houston), TX Hailey-Jane is a 2025 graduate who pitches and plays 1B. On the mound, she has a good load and uses her lower half well. Her best pitch is her screw ball hitting a top speed of 51MPh on her fastball. In the box, Hailey-Jane extends out front and hits to both sides of the field. She is athletic and keeps the ball in front on defense. She gets the ball center and has good glove work. Overall, Hailey-Jane has a solid set of skills on the diamond.
01/07/2022 - 2022 Softball Factory Pre-Season Prospects Tournament Hailey-Jane is a 2025 1B and RHP. She communicates on the dirt and makes routine plays. On the mound, Hailey-Jane can command the inside part of the plate consistently. Improving her leg drive and snap will directly increase her speed and improve her effectiveness on the mound. In the box, she has power and gives her best effort. Working on her angles at 1B, and timing and pitching selection in the box will help Hailey-Jane take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the ability to continue improving her game on the diamond.
12/03/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Spring (Houston), TX Hailey-Jane is a 2025 graduate who pitches and plays 1B. She sets her feet and gets the ball center when fielding. On the mound, Hailey-Jane has strong legs and is explosive. Working on her mechanics and a proper arm swing will help Hailey-Jane improve her control and accuracy. In the box, she has a clean and compact swing. Her direct hands and good extension help her produce a 64MPH exit velocity. Overall, she has the skill set and tools to continue improving her game on the dirt.
