01/16/2015 - Softball Factory Spring Training at Historic Dodgertown Hailey is a 2018 outfielder / right-handed pitcher that is continuing to develop her fundamental skill set. Defensively, Hailey has a ready fielding position. She does a good job of getting the ball into the infield quickly. Hailey will benefit from working on her angles to the ball and strengthening her arm. On the mound, Hailey uses a fastball / change up combination. She does a good job of gathering over the rubber, having on time separation and extending through each pitch. Haley keeps consistent rhythm and stays focused on the mound. Offensively, Hailey uses a square setup and soft stride to contact. She made adjustments well and put the ball in play consistently. Hailey shows the want to learn and the desire to get better day in and day out. By adding a load to her swing, Hailey will increase her power numbers. Overall, Hailey is a young player that will continue to grow and develop with training.
