04/29/2018 - College PREP - Lebanon (Nashville), TN Hailey is a 2021 outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, Hailey has fluid footwork and agile range. She presents her glove out in front and reads the ball off the bat well. Hailey has a clean exchange to throw and displays fluid arm action. She works well with her momentum and makes accurate, on-line throws to her target. Offensively, Hailey has a square stance and displays fluid rhythm to contact. She stays balanced throughout her swing and works together with her hips/hands. Hailey squares up the ball, stays through the ball and works up the middle of the field. She also is able to slap from the left side and bunts well when needed. Overall, Hailey is a versatile player that will continue to improve on each skill set.
