05/20/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Henrico (Richmond), VA Hailey is a 2023 right handed first baseman and pitcher with a developing skill set. On the mound, she has a positive demeanor and has great effort. She stays tall in her finish but needs to work on opening up her hips in her wind up to really create momentum through her pitches. At first base, she works hard but needs to work on staying down on the ball and staying light on her feet. She works high to low and that makes it hard for her to keep the ball in the infield. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and stays center in her balance. Her hips and hands work well together and she shows power to her pull side. Overall, Hailey has a great attitude and works really hard.
