She has a controlled finish and keeps hitters off balance with her great change up. Hailey is consistent with hitting her locations and shows good spin on her pitches. She also uses her curve ball and rise ball effectively to mix zones. Offensively, Hailey has an athletic stance and displays an on-time stride to contact. She has smooth timing in the box and gets her barrel on plane early. Hailey has strength to the left side of the field. Overall, Hailey works hard in the circle and really stands out with her consistency.
