01/06/2018 - College PREP - San Antonio, TX Haily is a 2019 right handed outfielder with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has a good pre pitch in her fielding position and firm hands receiving the ball. She positions her body well to get behind the ball in order to come through it creating momentum towards her target. She is aggressive on balls hit in the gap and has quick reactions. She reads the ball well off of the bat and gets a good first jump. Offensively, Haily has an athletic set up in the box and has a short stride to the ball. She loads back and stays center in her balance. She has spray ability and can hit the ball to all parts of the field. But focusing on her timing in her swing she will notice more power behind the ball when everything from her load to her hands are on time. Overall, Haily is very coachable and has good work ethic. If she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to get her game to the next level.
