She shows good balance, a fluid arm action and extends through her release. She has a controlled finish and smooth mechanics. She shows good control of her pitches and is able to work the corners. Her fast ball and drop ball come in the low 60’s and she is able to throw her change up in the mid 30’s. Working to maintain arm speed will allow her to conceal pitches. A SS, Isabella shows good field awareness. She presents her glove on time and fields with sure hands. She gets in line with her target and makes accurate throws. Working to make a quicker exchange will allow her to challenge quicker runners. In the box, Isabella is a RHH that uses a square stance with short stride and centered balance. She is able to hit to all fields with line drive power. Working to load her hands will allow her to generate more bat speed. Overall, Isabella is a hard working player that will continue to develop her game.
