01/20/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Kapolei (Honolulu), HI Jerzie is a 2023 two-way player as a SS/RHP. In the box, Jerzie is a RHH that uses a square stance with centered balance. She has a short stride, loads her hands back and creates fluid rhythm. She makes consistent/hard contact and is a gap-to-gap hitter. At SS, Jerzie handles the routine play with confidence. She presents her glove on time, fields with soft hands and makes a clean transfer. She makes accurate throws to her target. Follow through to her target will allow her to see more carry on her throws. On the mound, Jerzie uses a three-pitch package. She works low in the zone and has a change up to keep hitters off balance. Working to increase her arm speed will allow her to hide her change up well. Overall, Jerzie is an athletic player and with continued hard work she will be able to take her game to the next level.
