07/06/2020 - All-In Membership - New Britain (Hartford), CT Jillian is a skilled RHP who fills up the zone with strikes. On the mound, she maintains fluid rhythm/tempo and works quickly. She drives off of the rubber and works in-line toward the dish. FB ranges from 57-58 mph as she can hit her spots. She maintains similar arm speed with her changeup, helping to create deception as it compliments her FB well. Dropball has good spin and will be a solid swing and miss pitch. As a hitter, Jillian maintains a balanced setup with rhythm to load. Quick hands fire the barrel to and through the zone as she connects and hits hard line-drives. Rogers is a talented RHP prospect who should find success on the diamond.
