11/15/2023 - Softball Factory Fall Classic PD Team - 16u Jocelyn is a 2026 grad who plays in the outfield. She reads the ball well and covers ground efficiently. In the box, Jocelyn makes solid contact and is a great situational hitter producing RBI's and moving runners into scoring position. She has fast bat speed and a short swing path to contact hitting to both sides of the field. Overall, Jocelyn has a strong skill set and the ability to take her game to the next level.
07/24/2023 - Softball Factory All-State Showcase Tournament Jocelyn is a 2026 grad who plays first base. She has great knowledge at the corner and tracks the ball well in the outfield. She has her hands out front and moves well. In the box, Jocelyn swings with intent and hits gap to gap. She produces a 63MPH exit velocity off the bat. She is coachable and has a great attitude. Overall, Jocelyn is a skilled player with the ability to take her game to the next level.
01/13/2023 - Softball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Jocelyn is a 2026 grad who plays 1B. She is disciplined at the plate. Jocelyn is confident, very vocal, and a team leader. She hits from the left side with power. She continues to show strides of reaching her full potential. Overall, Jocelyn is ready and brings energy to the field with a solid set of skills on the diamond.
08/08/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - York, PA Jocelyn is a 2026 graduate who plays 1B and outfield. She catches high, has glove side range and makes routine plays. At 1B, Jocelyn has bag awareness and works through the ball to target. In the box, she has good bat path, gets to extension and tracks well producing a 58MPH exit velocity. She continues to show strides of reaching her full potential. Overall, Jocelyn has a solid set of skills on the diamond.
12/27/2021 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament - Prospects Jocelyn is a 2026 graduate who plays 1B and outfield. She is a hard worker and a team player. Jocelyn has good footwork and a low transfer. She also has good extension at first base. In the box, Jocelyn has an explosive swing with a tall setup and line drive production. More reps in the field as well as keeping her front side in when swinging will help Jocelyn take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the ability to continue improving her game on the diamond.
06/03/2021 - Softball Factory College World Series - Futures Select Training Jocelyn is a 2026 left handed first baseman who carries herself with confidence. At the Futures Select Training in OKC, Jocelyn showcased her ability to read pitches and be selective in the box. Her lateral load allows her to place the ball on all parts of the playing field. With a short stride and a smooth swing with extension, she is able to rotate her core resulting in hard hit balls with an exit velocity of 57 MPH. Offensively, Jocelyn is able to make the routine plays. Overall, she has the skill set and ability in order to train to become the best athlete she can be.
01/15/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Jocelyn is a 1B prospect who showcased her skills during the Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament. In the field, Jocelyn makes the routine plays and works to make accurate throws to her target. At the plate, this LHH sets up in a closed stance with her hands held low. She shows fluid rhythm and produces consistent contact. With five more years to develop, Jocelyn has the time and potential to further build upon her skills on the field.
12/27/2020 - All-In Membership - Pittsburgh, PA Jocelyn is an athletic 1B/OF who has a promising future on the field. At the plate is where she shows best through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. She makes consistent hard contact through a line drive approach, spraying the ball to all fields with gap-to-gap pop. At 1B, feet are active as she attacks ball and plays through with her body. She displays proper foot work around the bag and is a quality receiver. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. In the OF, she displays smooth / clean actions. She takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls but needs to work to get behind and plays through with momentum to her target. Range is a plus as she covers a lot of ground. Throws are accurate, flashing carry but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. With 6 years to further develop, Jocelyn has potential with time and room to improve her game.
10/19/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Erie, PA Jocelyn Terella is a 2026 left handed with a developing skill set. In the circle, Jocelyn is an athlete with good body movements. She is fluid in her arm action, controls her release, shows strength in her spin and drives with her lower half. Offensively, Jocelyn is square in her setup and has a short stride to the ball. She loads back in her lower half well and has fluid timing into the ball. She makes hard contact with each pitch and has a fast barrel through the zone. She shows strength to her pull side.
