01/14/2022 - 2022 Softball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Kai-Li is an athletic and strong 3B. She is active and has solid fielding mechanics and a smooth transfer and release. She makes accurate throws and communicates making smart decisions on defense. In the box, Kai-Li has good barrel control. Attacking the ball and improving her lower half explosion when swinging will help Kai-Li take her game to the next level. Overall, she is a team player and has the skill set and tools to continue improving her game on the diamond.
04/11/2021 - All-In Membership - San Jose, CA Kai-Li is an athletic 3B/SS who has a promising future on the field. At 3B she looks extremely comfortable with quick reactions and glove control. She has a very clean / quick exchange and stays very centered when fielding. Feet are active as she displays proper footwork as she works to square ground balls up and plays through with her body. Her throws are very accurate with carry (60 MPH Velocity) across the field. At SS she again has a strong arm with positive glove actions and reads the hops well with good footwork. At the plate, she presents solid mechanics with a strong bottom half. Kai-Li is extremely coachable with a great attitude on the field. She will definitely be a force to recon with at the next level.
