03/18/2018 - College PREP - Las Vegas, NV Kailey is a 2019 right handed pitcher with a developing skill set. On the mound, she has a calm presence and extends through well on her release. She keeps an open hip direction and stays tall and controlled in her finish. She has solid balance through her wind up and has a fluid and free arm action. Her mechanics are controlled in each pitch and she shows correct spin on all of her pitches. If she can get a sharper wrist action on her curve ball she will start to see that particular pitch have more movement. Offensively, Kailey has a square and athletic set up in the box. She has a soft stride to the ball and stays smooth in her rhythm. She is center in her balance and a fast bat speed through the zone. She makes hard contact consistently and shows power up the middle. Overall, Kailey works hard and is very coachable. If she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
