07/16/2012 - Softball Factory Maryland Select Training Kaitlyn has the makeup of a potential infielder through her firm glove work. However, her footwork, transfer, and release are slow, which limits her range and efficient fielding. At the plate, she needs to work on her stride and load, balance, tracking, and rhythm/timing. More skill set development, as well as experience, is necessary as she continues to grow into an athlete.
