02/19/2018 - College PREP - Washington (Pittsburgh), PA Kylie is a 2022 right handed pitcher and first baseman with a developing skill set. On the mound, she has a calm presence and extends through well on her release. She has as free arm action and good potential to have a good mix of pitches to work with. She falls off a bit to the side in her mechanics and if she focuses on staying level and balanced she will create tighter spin on each of her pitches. At first base, she has active feet and soft hands when fielding the ball. She has a clean exchange on her throws and accurate feeds to her target. She works well on her backhand side and keeps the ball in front consistently. Offensively, she has a a short stride in the box and shows power to her pull side. She gets her barrel through the zone well and squares up the ball consistently. Overall, Kylie is very coachable and if she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
