Defensively, she is athletic in her set up and creates good momentum through her motion to the ball. She gets over top well on her blocks and replaces her feet well with her knees. She has quiet hands receiving the ball and makes strong and accurate throws to her target. Offensively, she is relaxed in the box and smooth in her rhythm. She uses her lower half well through her swing and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Lauren has great work ethic and works hard every time she steps on the field.
