02/13/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Palmyra (Harrisburg), PA Leeanna is a 2022 RHP/OF with an athletic skill set. On the mound. Leeanna has a calm and confident presence. She uses a 4-pitch package and does a nice job of controlling the zone. She creates tight spin on her curveball, and it shows a late break. Her change up drops 8 mph and sinks nicely in the zone. Working to speed her arm up and engaging her lower half more will allow her to increase in velocity. In the OF, Leeanna is an athletic player. She reads the ball well off the bat and she has good footwork. She does a nice job of getting behind the ball. Seeing her step up and play through the ball will allow her to get more momentum behind her throws. In the box, Leeanna is a RHH that uses a square stance with a short stride and centered balance. She loads her hands, generates fast bat speed and makes hard, consistent contact. She shows gap power and is able to hit to all fields. Overall, Leeanna has a balanced skill set that we look forward to seeing on the field again soon.
