01/14/2022 - 2022 Softball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Lila is a talented 2025 RHP who attended the Softball Factory Pre-Season All America Tournament! Pitching wise, she has a smooth windup, good speed on the ball, long arm circle, and has a good finish on her pitches. Hitting wise, she has a good setup in the box, is a line drive hitter, has quick bat speed, and drives her lower half well! Overall, Lila is a talented athlete and someone our coaching staff would love to work with again!
09/03/2021 - Softball Factory All-Region Tournament Lila is a 2025 graduate who pitches. She is a natural leader and has great command of her pitches. Increasing her leg drive off the mound will increase her speed as well. In the box, Lila has loose hands and an on time rhythm. She finds her barrel and has good extension with an exit velocity of 65MPH. She has a proper swing sequence but improving her consistency will help Lila take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the ability to continue improving her skills on the dirt.
01/15/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Lila is an athletic RHP who has a promising future on the field. On the mound, she shows a repeatable delivery, allowing her arm action to work loose to the plate. She has good stride length and throws with an intent. Fastball showed a range of 53-54mph. Changeup sits 43-47 mph. Curveball sits 50-53 with tight spin. At the plate, she continues to shine through a squared setup. Hands are quick (71 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. She has strength in her swing and shows a feel for the barrel with line drive approach. Mental makeup is a plus as she is very coachable, works hard to be the best player she can be, and is a team player. With 4 years to further develop, Lila has potential with time and room to progress her game.
