12/27/2018 - Softball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament (Grad Years 2019-2023) Lilly is a shortstop and right handed pitcher with a developing skill set. Defensively, she stays low and athletic in her fielding position and has active feet through each play. She fields the ball out front and is smooth in her transfer. She makes accurate throws to her target and creates solid backspin in her throws. She moves well laterally and keeps the ball in the infield. In the circle, she is controlled in her motion and displays good mechanics in each of her pitches. She is smooth through her wind up but needs to work on creating tighter spin in her wrist action. Offensively, she is short to the ball and has a soft stride in the box. She is fluid in her rhythm and direct in her hand path to the ball. She makes solid contact and displays the ability to spray the ball to all sides of the field. Overall, Lilly brings great energy to the field and works hard for her team.
