01/13/2023 - Softball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Lilly is a 2027 grad who plays outfield. She is a good hustler and is reliable. She is a solid baserunner and is very fast. Lilly is extremely consistent on both sides of the field. Lilly is a slapper with speed with very consistent mechanics. She continues to show strides of reaching her full potential. Overall, Lilly is a speedster and has a strong set of skills on the diamond.
08/21/2022 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Lebanon (Nashville), TN Lilly is a 2027 graduate who plays OF and 2B. She attacks the ball and reads well in the OF. She works behind the ball and has a 55MPH overhand velocity. At 2B, Lilly has a quick first step, great range, and gets rid of the ball quickly. In the box, she has a solid setup, quick hands to contact, and hits consistently in the 5/6 hole. She continues to show strides of reaching her full potential. Overall, Lilly is a good athlete with a strong set of skills on the diamond.
06/03/2021 - Softball Factory College World Series - Futures Select Training Lilly is a very talented 2027 OF/2B that participated in the College World Series Select Training Event! Lilly was extremely coachable and an absolute pleasure to work with! On defense, Lilly moves to the ball very well and has quick footwork. She has good range and a great first step. She fields the ball well out in front and has soft hands. If she can work on using her lower half more on her throws, she will gain more arm strength and have more velocity on her throws. In the box, Lilly is a strong slapper and has good barrel control. If she can work on keeping her hands higher on her slap and not drop them, she will be more successful. Hitting wise, Lilly makes consistent contact and is a line driver hitter. She has good rhythm and a smooth swing. If she can incorporate using her lower half and legs on her swing she will be even more powerful. Lilly was someone our coaches loved to work with, and has a ton of potential with the game!
03/14/2021 - Official Player Development Membership - Nashville, TN Lillian is a 2027 OF with a balanced skill set. In the box, Lillian is a LHH that uses a square stance with a short stride and back load. She has an aggressive approach, generates fast bat speed and makes hard/consistent contact. She works the pull side with line drive power. When slapping she is direct with her hands and controlled with her footwork. Seeing the ball deeper in the zone will allow her to work the 5/6 hole more. In the OF, Lillian is an agile player that covers a lot of ground. She reads the ball off the bat and takes good angles. She plays through the ground ball well and makes accurate throws. Adding a long toss program to her workouts will allow her to develop more arm strength. Overall, Lillian is a young player with an exciting skill set.
