06/18/2018 - Softball Factory World Series (Grad Year 2018-2022) Jade is a 2019 3B with a developing skill set. In the box, Jade is a RHH that uses a closed stance. She has a strong build and swings hard every pitch. She is a spray hitter and shows power potential. Working to take a direct path to the ball and engaging her lower half will allow her to see more consistent production. At 3B, Jade handles the routine play. She works to present her glove and does a nice job of getting in line with her target. Adding a pre-pitch approach will allow her to field the ball on time and play through. Overall, Jade will continue to see improvements to her game with hard work and coaching.
