05/31/2018 - Softball Factory College World Series Select Training (Grad Year 2018-2022) Mattee is a 2022 right handed catcher with a strong skill set. Behind the plate, she has fluid footwork and is agile in her range. She ha soft hands when receiving the ball and gets over top of the ball on her blocks well. She keeps her throws on line to her target and has a quick release on her throws. Offensively, she has a tall set up in the box and a soft stride to the ball. Her hips and hands work well together and she makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Mattee has great work ethic and if she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
