She is smooth working through her motion and is controlled in her finish. Maura shows a four pitch mix with her fastball topping out at 43mph. Curveball sits at 42mph. Drop ball sits at 42mph. Rise ball sits at 43mph. Driving her lower half more can help Maura improve as a pitcher. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an athletic stance and gets back into her load well. She hits against a strong front side and produces solid contact. Maura can improve as a hitter by taking a square stride towards the pitcher. Overall, Maura is a solid prospect who has the potential to further develop her skills on the field.
