06/29/2022 - 2022 Softball Factory Jacksonville Storm Showcase - 18u Mckenna is a pitcher and first baseman who will graduate in 2025. She tracks the ball well and makes routine plays on defense. On the mound, Mckenna fields her position well and has great composure. She keeps the ball low in the zone hitting a top speed of 54MPh on her fastball and drop. In the box she finds her barrel and has a short and compact swing producing a 67MPH exit velocity. Overall, Mckenna is engaged and gives her best effort on the field.
12/17/2021 - Softball Factory Academic All-American Tournament McKenna is a 2025 graduate who pitches and plays 1B. She is very receptive to playing different positions and has a good first base feel. She makes routine plays at 1B. On the mound, McKenna has good movement on her drop ball. She asks questions and wants to learn and get better. Improving her leg drive and command hitting the corners will help her be more effective on the rubber. In the box, she is strong and has great power potential. Working on her lower half explosiveness and pitch selection will help McKenna take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the skill set and tools to continue improving her game on the dirt.
11/19/2021 - All-In Membership - Savannah, GA Mckenna is a 2025 graduate who pitches and plays 1B. She has a strong arm and makes good angles to the ball. On the mound, Mckenna has good control and has more potential for power with her current leg drive. Improving her posture and explosion will increase her speed. In the box, Mckenna is consistent and has great power. Her exit velocity is 66MPH. She uses her lower half well. Working on staying low when fielding and more extension in her swing will help Mckenna take her game tot he next level. Overall, she has the ability to continue improving her skills on the diamond.
