She has good control and hits her spots. As an outfielder she moves through the ball very well and throws the ball on a line. She is speedy in the outfield and on the bases. As a hitter she can slap and swing. She has great footwork and barrel control when slapping. When hitting she stays through the zone well and sprays the field. Overall, Mercedes has the tools and skills to keep progressing towards her full potential.
