03/10/2024 - All-In Membership - Bronx, NY Nailah is a 2026 grad who pitches and plays shortstop. On the mound, Nailah has a good mix of speeds and has a strong presence on the mound. She hit a top speed of 54 MPH with her fastball and has solid mechanics. At shortstop, Nailah makes good angles to the ball and makes accurate throws to her target. She has a good rhythm and balance in the box and makes consistent contact. She continues to show strides of reaching her full potential. Overall, Nailah is a skilled athlete with the ability to elevate her game to the next level.
11/15/2023 - Softball Factory Fall Classic PD Team - 16u Nailah is a 2026 right-handed pitcher with a good spin on the ball. She has good late break on her curve ball and hit a top speed of 53MPH with her fast and curveball. Nailah centers the ball at shortstop and makes great angles to the ball. She has a quick transfer and short arm action. Nailah has good rhythm in the box, good plate coverage, swings with a purpose and uses all fields with a 66MPH exit velocity. Overall, she is a versatile athlete with a solid skill set on the diamond. Nailah has the ability to take her game to the next level.
06/01/2023 - Softball Factory College World Series - Prospects Select Training Nailah is a 2026 grad who pitches. She is an athlete on the field. Nailah locates her pitches well and has a confident presence, fluid arm action, and controlled mechanics. In the box, Nailah has an activated load, explosive lower half, and line drive approach. She is super strong and has a strong barrel at contact with a 63MPH exit velocity. Overall, Nailah is a strong athlete with a solid skill set on the diamond and the ability to elevate her game to the next level.
03/26/2023 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Manalapan, NJ Nailah is a 2026 grad who pitches and plays shortstop. She has a good stride off the mound and keeps the ball in the zone. She hit a top speed of 53MPH with her fastball and throws curve, change and screw as well. Nailah centers the ball at shortstop and makes great angles to the ball. She has a quick transfer and short arm action. Nailah has good rhythm in the box, good plate coverage, swings with a purpose and uses all fields with a 66MPH exit velocity. Overall, she is a versatile athlete with a solid skill set on the diamond.
12/12/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Manalapan, NJ Nailah is a 2026 graduate who pitches and hits from the right side. She has great demeanor and finishes nice and tall throwing a fastball, changeup, drop and curve. In the box, Nailah has some hip turn and hits the ball out front. She has rhythm and gets on plane. Improving her extension in the box as well as not coming across her body when finishing on the mound will help Nailah take her game to the next level. Overall, she has the skill set and tools to continue improving her game on the dirt.
