04/29/2018 - College PREP - Long Island, NY Noelle is a 202 right handed short stop with a developing skill set. Defensively, she has a good pre pitch and stays square in her fielding position. She fields the ball out front and is aggressive on every play. Her ball carries on her throws to her target and she has proper mechanics on her arm motion. Offensively, Noelle has an athletic set up in the box and a short stride to the ball. She loads back well in her legs and stays center in her balance. She has a consistent stride to the ball and a firm front side. She attacks the ball and shows power in the gaps. Overall, she is very athletic and coachable. If she continues to work hard she will do what it takes to play at the next level.
