04/08/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Marlborough (Boston), MA Regan is a 2024 two-way player as RHP/3B. In the circle, Regan has a free arm action and generates good momentum with her lower half. She stays in line with her target and works to locate the zone. Working to get her lower half and release on time will allow her to see an increase in her velocity and control. At 3B, Regan works hard every play. She works well to her glove side and does a nice job of getting in line with her target. Adding a pre-pitch to her approach will allow her to get a fluid first step on the ball. In the box, Regan is a RHH that uses a square stance with centered balance and a short stride. She works to make consistent contact and shows production to the opposite field. Working to create a consistent load will allow her to take a direct path to the ball. Overall, Regan is young player and with continued coaching she will be able to take her game to the next level.
