Ripley makes accurate throws with a clean exchange and quick arm action getting rid of the ball. She swings on-plane and makes consistent contact pulling the ball with power. Ripley is ready and engaged with the will to improve her skills. Overall, Ripley has a solid skill set on the diamond.
