She makes consistent contact and shows gap-to-gap power. Working to extend through the ball and engaging more of her lower half will allow her to see more power production. At 1B, has a good presence. She has active footwork and moves well to the bag. She makes accurate throws and shows carry on the ball. Working to make a quicker exchange will allow her to get rid of the ball quicker. Overall, Samantha is an athletic player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
