06/18/2018 - Softball Factory World Series (Grad Year 2023-2025) Sianni is a 2023 right handed shortstop and outfielder with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has quick footwork and range to both sides. She stays low and athletic in her infield and reads the ball well off of the bat. She has clean exchange on her throws to her target and is short in her action the ball both in the infield and the outfield. In the outfield, she has a good drop step and takes proper angles back to the ball to position herself well behind the ball to create momentum coming through each play. She has strength behind her throws and solid momentum through each play. Offensively, she has a square set up in the box and an on time stride to the ball. She loads back well in her legs and stays center in her balance. She has fast hands through the zone and make consistently hard contact to all sides of the field. Overall, Sianni has a great attitude and is very athletic. She will make a great asset to a collegiate program in her future.
01/20/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Kapolei (Honolulu), HI Sianni is a 2023 two-way player as OF/SS. In the box, Sianni is a RHH that uses a square stance with a soft stride and back load. She creates fluid rhythm and generates fast bat speed. She makes hard contact and is a gap-to-gap hitter. Seeing the ball deeper into the zone will allow her to be on time to contact and see consistency in her contact. In the OF, Sianni is an aggressive player with good range. She presents her glove on time, makes a quick exchange and makes accurate throws to her target. She plays through the ground ball well and generates momentum to her target. At SS, Sianni has quick footwork and is willing to get dirty to keep the ball in front. She stays low through the ball, is confident to her backhand and makes accurate throws. Adding a long toss program to her workout will allow her to see an increase in her arm strength. Overall, Sianni is a hard-working player with the tools need to play at the next level.
