05/31/2018 - Softball Factory College World Series Select Training (Grad Year 2018-2022) Skylah is a 2020 catcher with a developing skill set. Behind the plate, she has quick feet and soft hands when receiving the ball. She frames the ball well and gets around the ball well on her blocks. She has a clean exchange on her throws to bases and shows strength behind her throw. Offensively, she has a short stride to the ball and stays center in her balance. Her hips and hands work well together through her swing and she has the ability to spray the ball to both sides of the field. Overall, she has a great attitude and with continued hard work she will do what it takes ti play at the next level.
