10/10/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - San Antonio, TX Sophia is a talented 2024 OF who attended the Softball Factory Event in San Antonio, TX. In the OF, she does a great job of playing through the ball and is in a good position when catching fly balls. She has a clean exchange/release and makes accurate throws. Some things for her to work on are a better pre-pitch and making sure she is quick to the ball and taking better angles. Hitting wise, she is a line drive hither, makes consistent contact, and stays direct to the ball. If she can work on a better load and driving her lower half more she will be even stronger at the plate. Overall, Sophia is a very talented athlete and someone our coaching staff would love to work with again in the future!
