01/17/2020 - 2020 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Tournament Stephanie is an athletic OF that has earned Softball Factory Pre-Season All American honors. Throughout the weekend, Stephanie proved to be a coachable player with a love for the game. She asks a lot of questions and you can see she wants to expend her skill set and understanding of the game. In the box, Stephanie has a very patient approach. She is able to work the count for something in her zone. She is a consistent line drive hitter with gap power. Once on the base path she remains a threat with her speed. In the OF, Stephanie has quick footwork. She does a nice job of getting behind the ball and playing through. She has a strong arm and makes accurate throws. Overall, Stephanie has the work ethic and tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
01/04/2020 - National Tryout Plus - San Antonio, TX Stephanie is an athletic OF/1B prospect who continues to showcase her skills on the field. In the
field, Stephanie shows active footwork and is quick moving to the ball. She gets into an athletic position and fields the ball out in front of her body. She makes a clean exchange and gets rid of the ball quickly, keeping her throws accurate and on-line to her target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an athletic stance and takes a short stride. She generates explosive bat speed through the zone and sprays the ball to all fields. Overall, Stephanie is a talented prospect who has the potential to contribute at the next level.
07/03/2019 - 2019 Softball Factory 18u- Jacksonville Storm Showcase Stephanie returns to another Softball Factory event displaying her strong skill set and impressing with her positive attitude. Defensively, she reads the ball well off of the bat and takes good angles back on the ball. She moves well through each play and stays low through ground balls. She has good lateral movement and effective footwork. She is clean in her exchange with the ball and makes strong and accurate throws to her target. Offensively, she has an open set up in the box and is relaxed in the box. She is fluid in her rhythm and explosive through the zone with her barrel. She is patient at the plate and waits for her pitch to drive. Overall, Stephanie is athletic and will reach her goals.
02/10/2019 - College PREP - Corpus Christi, TX Stephanie is a 2019 right handed outfielder and first baseman with a strong skill set. Defensively, she has quick feet and range to both sides. She moves well in the gaps in the outfield and stays low through each play in the infield. She reads the ball well off of the bat and has quick reaction skills. She is fluid in her action to the ball and makes accurate throws to her target. Offensively, she has a square and athletic set up in the box and an on time stride to the ball. She loads back well in her lower half and stays smooth through the zone. She is center in her balance and makes hard contact consistently. Overall, Stephanie is very coachable and will do what it takes to play at the next level.
