She makes consistent contact and shows power to the pull side. Seeing the ball deeper in the zone will allow her to hit to all fields. At 1B, Summer has active feet and is agile to both her glove side and backhand. She presents her glove on time, makes a clean exchange and makes accurate throws with carry. Working to make a quicker exchange will allow her to get rid of the ball quicker. Overall, Summer is an athletic player with the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
