02/09/2020 - College PREP - Corpus Christi, TX Taylor Henken is a 2022 outfielder with a developed skill set. Defensively, she has quick feet and is agile in her lateral range. She has great reads off the bat and has an aggressive mindset in the outfield. She has a clean exchange and fluid actions. Offensively, Taylor is a triple threat from the left side of the batters box. When hitting, she has a square setup and on-time stride to the ball. She has a loaded pre-pitch approach and smooth timing. She has a fast barrel and has the ability to hit gap-to-gap. She has great slapping mechanics and has good timing through the box. Her barrel is direct, her hands explosive and has the ability to deaden a bunt.
