03/01/2020 - College PREP - Indianapolis, IN Tessa is a 2023 SS with an athletic skill set. In the box, Tessa is a RHH that uses a square stance with centered balance. She creates fluid rhythm with a short stride and back load. She creates a firm front side, generates fast bat speed and makes hard, consistent contact. She has a middle of the field approach and generates gap power. Working to see the ball deeper in the zone will allow her to be consistent with her contact points and see more power. At SS, Tessa is a strong player. She has quick feet and is able to cover a lot of ground. She presents her glove on time, fields with sure hands and makes a quick transfer. She has a fluid arm action and makes accurate throws with carry. Overall, Tesse is a player to watch as she has the tools needed to play at the collegiate level.
