06/03/2021 - Softball Factory College World Series - Prospects Select Training Vittoria is an athletic 2025 RHP/SS that participated in the College World Series Select Training Event! Pitching wise, Vittoria throws a fastball, changeup, and drop ball. She has good command and control on her pitches. She has strong mechanics, a smooth windup/delivery, and good finish. Something for her to work on is using her legs and lower half more, which well help her speed. At SS, Vittoria does a great job of making accurate throws and gets over the top of the ball. She fields the ball out in front and has a strong field presence. Something that will help Vittoria is taking a quicker first step to the ball and being more aggressive. Also, if she can work on her range and side to side movement she will be more successful. Lastly, she needs to work on being in a lower defensive position when fielding the ball. Hitting wise, Vittoria makes hard consistent contact and is a line drive hitter. She has a good setup in the box and has a level swing. If she can work on driving her lower half and legs and hips more, she will be even more powerful. Overall, Vittoria was has a lot of potential and is someone our coaching staff would love to work with in the future!
11/15/2020 - Official Player Development Membership - Marlborough (Boston), MA Vittoria is an athletic RHP/SS who has a promising future on the diamond. On the mound, she shows a repeatable delivery, allowing her arm action to work loose to the plate. Fastball showed a range of 48-50 mph. Changeup sits 40-42. At SS, she displays smooth / fluid actions. Feet are active as she attacks ball and works around to play through with her body. Glove action is clean and she presents well out front. At the plate, she shows a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. She makes consistent contact through a line drive approach with power showing best to the pull side. Power will increase as she utilizes his lower half more efficiently. With 5 years to further develop, Vittoria has potential with time and room to progress her game.
12/27/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Rindge, NH Vittoria is a RHP/C prospect who will graduate in 2025. In the circle, Vittoria works through an athletic delivery and finishes tall. Her fastball tops out at 48mph. Driving her lower half more can help Vittoria improve as a pitcher. In the field, Vittoria fields with a firm glove and makes a clean exchange, working to keep her throws accurate to her target. Vittoria can improve defensively by getting into a more square fielding position. At the plate, this RHH works to barrel up the softball and sprays to all fields. Working a smoother load into her swing can help Vittoria improve as a hitter. With five more years to develop, Vittoria has the time and potential to further progress her skills on the field.
