As a second baseman, Vivian has quick footwork and agile range. She reads the ball well off the bat and has a quick transfer. She has soft hands, efficient glove work, and good double play actions. In the outfield, she has fluid feet and athletic movements. She creates good angles and is able to get behind and move through each ball. She has an aggressive drop step and an accurate throw to her targets. Offensively, Vivian has a square setup and on-time pre-pitch approach. She has good hand/eye coordination and reads the ball well out of the pitchers hand. She has the ability to square up the ball and hit to all fields. Overall, Vivian is coachable and hardworking.
