In the circle, Zoey works through a smooth delivery with a clean arm. She shows a two pitch mix with her fastball topping out at 44mph. Changeup sits from 34-36mph. Driving her lower half more can help Zoey increase her pitch velocity. In the field, Zoey shows efficient footwork and moves well to her backhand side. She fields in a square position and has a clean exchange, making on-line throws to her target. Zoey can field ground balls more efficiently by presenting her glove lower to the ball. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an open stance and takes a short stride. She gets back into her load and swings with intent, driving the ball up the middle. Working through a more level swing can help Zoey barrel up more softballs. Overall, Zoey is a solid prospect who has the time and potential to further build upon her skills on the field.
